The locations include: the islands of San Servolo and Sant’Andrea, the Paglia bridge, riva degli Schiavoni, calle delle Rasse, calle del Paradiso, campo Santa Maria Formosa e Santissimi Giovanni e Paolo, Fondamenta Felzi, the Grand Canal, ponte del Cristo, campiello dei Miracoli, the courtyard and interiors of Teatro Malibran, the roof of the Marciana library, calle del Forno and Fondamenta della Fornase. Scenes were shot in Chioggia in the historic palazzo Mascheroni-Lisatti.
