The ancient olive tree of Palombara Sabina (province of Rome), nicknamed “U Livò”, is one of Italy’s largest and, with its thousand years of life, bears historical witness to the long tradition of olive growing in the Sabina area. The tree can be found by turning left onto the little road that leads to the Convent of St. Francis and the cemetery from the via Maremmana (heading in the direction of Palombara) a kilometre before the town.
