The municipal theater of Bolzano is located in Piazza Giuseppe Verdi in Bolzano.
Designed by Marco Zanuso and inaugurated on 9 September 1999 in the presence of the former Vice-President of the Council of Ministers Sergio Mattarella (later President of the Republic), it is a multi-purpose theatre, designed and built to host shows and events of various kinds: opera, prose , dance, musicals, conferences, film screenings.
