The mountain of Frosolone (IS) is a surprising "sea of green", a precious casket that contains marvels like century-old trees, springs, ponds and little lakes, hilltops and rocky landscapes, white rocks and refuges which wisely protect the values of a landscape (both flora and fauna) which have survived miraculously uncontaminated until today. The spring is one of these. Pristine and perfectly usable, the isolated water source is found amidst the vegetation.
