Sardinia is characterized by land that is often untouched, featuring vast plains, forests and mountain ranges and, of course, the sea which is present in all possible shades of green and blue. Its isolated position has protected and conserved traditions dating back thousands of years to the original, ancient Nuragic civilization which has left plentiful traces.
The Fondazione Sardegna Film Commission was established with the aim of encouraging and supporting film and audio-visual production, promoting the regional territory and offering new opportunities to industry professionals on the island. It guarantees services of logistic and creative assistance free of charge to productions interested in creating audio-visual projects on the island.
