Where it was filmed 'Solo: A Star Wars Story'

The second spin-off of George Lucas’ space saga had its creative base at Pinewood Studios in London where many of the interiors were shot. England also provided Fawley Power Station in Hampshire as the setting for Planet Corellia, where Han and Qi’ra attempt to escape the clutches of Lady Proxima, the lady of crime.

Once free, Han joins a group of mercenaries lead by Tobias Beckett with the intention of stealing a large cargo of precious coaxium from the Empire. The failed attack takes place on the snowy peaks of the Dolomites where the cargo train proceeds on high through various places in Northern Italy. Shooting took place in May 2017 in the village of Misurina (BL), nearby Lake d’Antorno, Monte Piana and Three Peaks of Lavaredo in Alto Adige and the Dolomites in Val di Fassa inTrentino.
