The Punta Sdobba complex (GO) is a small residential centre inhabited by fishermen on the right bank of the Isonzo river, in Grado lagoon, just before the river mouth.
Built in 1930, the complex is inhabited by 15 people whose little brick houses are identical and spartan. The residents, all fishermen by trade, keep their boats in the little harbour.
Swans, herons and various other birds, occasionally flamingos, can be seen on the lagoon. Not far from the complex, Isola della Cona and the Nature Reserve of Valle Cavanata can both be reached by cycle trail.
