The Pieve dei Santi Vito e Modesto, also known as the Pieve di Corsignano, is a centre for Catholic worship in the area of Corsignano near Pienza (province of Siena).
The simple Romanesque building dates to the 12th century and has a façade embellished with a portal beneath a double window. The cylindrical bell tower flanking the entrance is even older, dating probably to the 11th century.
The interior is empty of furnishings and decorations and has three naves separated by quadrangular pilasters. Stairs to the right of the altar lead to the crypt, a small underground room lit by a small window.
