The MEDIA sub-programme’s "Support for the Development of Audiovisual Content - Single Projects" scheme shall provide support to increase the capacity of audiovisual operators to develop European audiovisual works with a potential to circulate in the Union and beyond, and to facilitate European and international co-production, including with television broadcasters.

Animation: €60,000
Creative documentary: €25,000
Fiction (estimated production budget equal/above €1.5 M): €50,000
Fiction (estimated production budget below €1.5 M): € 30,000
Applicants must be independent European audiovisual production companies which have been legally constituted for at least 12 months prior to the submission date and that can demonstrate a recent success.
Activities may not start before the date of submission of the application and must end at the latest 30 months after this date.
The day of principal photography (or equivalent) of the submitted project must not be scheduled to occur within 8 months from the date of submission of the application.
The applicant must own the majority of the rights related to the project.
