Description

This support is for organisations that hold audiovisual festivals in countries participating in the MEDIA sub-programme.

European festivals shall aim at increasing audiences' interest in non-national European audiovisual content and promoting the circulation and visibility of nonnational European audiovisual content.

Requirements

By eligible audiovisual festival it is understood an event:

taking place in countries participating in the MEDIA sub-programme;
at least 50% of the films must be non-national films;
at least 15 of the countries participating in the MEDIA sub-programme must be represented;
having had at least three editions that took place by end of December 2020.
