The casino of Arco (Trento), a mid-19th century art nouveau style building, was commissioned by archduke Albert of Habsburg as a meeting place for high society guests at the nearby Arco health resort. The building is located near the historic centre, a short distance from the northern shore of lake Garda.
The veranda overlooking the garden was added in 1900, the garden features a music gazebo. Also of interest are the globe and the wind column used to inform guests about the weather conditions.
The building is today a conference centre able to accommodate numerous guests and satisfy a range of needs. The structure includes 6 rooms of different sizes: the largest, the salone delle feste, can accommodate up to 300 participants.
The frescoed room has large windows and imposing chandeliers, making it the most beautiful of the entire complex. It is used for corporate meetings, weddings, concerts and other private gala events. The other smaller rooms are also equipped with all the tools necessary to host conferences, meetings and training courses.
