The present-day Teatro sociale Gustavo Modena in Mori (Trento) was built between 21 March 1802 and 23 October 1803. The building has a rectangular layout with arched windows. The theatre can seat 285 in stalls and boxes. Like the two most important theatres built in that era in Trentino - the Zandonai in Rovereto (1785) and the Sociale in Trento (1819), it follows the architectural characteristics typical of a Venetian theatre.
