The MAB - Museo all’aperto Bilotti begins in piazza dei Bruzi and ends in piazza Carlo Francesco Bilotti, extending along corso Mazzini, the main thoroughfare of Cosenza, a pedestrian shopping street lined with ancient buildings and cafes.
Inaugurated in 2005, it is an open-air museum, accessible to all, funded by a donation from Carlo and Enzo Bilotti of Cosenza. It comprises works by great masters including Salvador Dalì’s enigmatic, symbolic St George and the Dragon, various paintings by Giorgio De Chirico, the Lupo della Sila by Mimmo Rotella of Calabria and works by Consagra, Manzù, Emilio Greco and Sacha Sosno.
