The 50,000 sqm park surrounding the Terme di Roncegno (Trento) frames the historic Art Nouveau spa establishment built in 1860 on the remains of an ancient silk manufacturing building. A staircase connects the building and the late-Romantic style park.
The park has large grassy clearings with winding paths that lead to groves, avenues and copses. Exotic plants alternate with monumental trees including cedars, beeches, limes, conifers and chestnuts. Throughout the year it is possible to admire flower beds, borders and a modern rose garden.
The route also includes architecture and features, including a small wooden building serving the old tennis court (no longer visible), a chapel, an artificial hill, a circular kiosk offering a viewpoint and a fountain with jets that stands at the end of the tree-lined avenue, positioned symmetrically to the south face of the building.
