Built by Sigismondo, count Thun in Renaissance style in the mid 16th century it belonged to the family (originally from Val di Non) for approximately four centuries.
The structure comprises various buildings, a chapel and a tower, with connecting inner courtyards that the Thuns bought from the Belenzani family. Beneath the building are the remains of a Roman era sewer, demolished in the Middle Ages.
