The Aquarium of Livorno can be found on the Terrazza Mascagni on the shore of the Tuscan capital. The structure is rectangular with an apse at each end and a semi-circular building, with 33 exhibition pools, extends around it covering approximately 3,000 sqm. The terrace, with a panoramic view over the Livorno coast and the Tuscan archipelago, is accessed from the first floor.
