The hydroelectric power plant of Riva del Garda (Trento) is a monumental building whose lakeside position gives it a special charm.
The building was built in 1925 to a design by architect Giancarlo Maroni, who created the Vittoriale degli Italiani. At the time, it was considered one of the most innovative buildings in Europe and it is still a valuable architectural icon today.
It is equipped with multimedia displays that provide information about how water is transformed into clean energy.
