Villa Zironi was commissioned in the 1920s in Reggio Emilia by Professor Giuseppe Zironi and designed Guido Tirelli.
The eclectic three-storey building, with an interesting corner tower, has an abundance of styles and decorations, ranging from Renaissance modelling to Art Deco variations. The main facade features the entrance with a loggia that opens onto via della Racchetta and the tower, just over 17m high, which is decorated with reliefs of roaring lions while small corner columns support the roof.
Facing the main stairs in the garden is a fountain of aquatic animals with an enormous statue of an elephant.
