Marina di Schiavonea is one of the coastal hamlets in the recently combined municipality of Corigliano-Rossano (province of Cosenza), along with Salicetti and Ricota Grande. Its seafront is a wide avenue with palm trees and grassy areas, flanked on one side by villas and restaurants while the other overlooks beaches of golden sand and pebbles. The shorefront has many resorts and services, in addition there is a large harbour area, with two docks, generally used for fishing and cargo.
