Description

Val d’Orcia is a wide valley to the north-east of Mount Amiata, characterised by its picturesque Tuscan landscape of hills, ravines and cyprus trees. Crossed by the River Orcia, the municipalities that make up the Natural and Cultural Artistic Park of Val d’Orcia are: Castiglione d’Orcia, Montalcino, Pienza, Radicofani, and San Quirico d’Orcia.
