Piazza Borghese is located in the Campo Marzio quarter in the very centre of Rome, between via di Ripetta and via Fontanella Borghese, an area of the city which historically belonged to the Borghese family. It is bounded to the north east by Palazzo Borghese, to the north west by Palazzo della Facoltà di Architettura and to the south west by the palazzo known as della Famiglia Borghese.
