Approximately 15km from Pistoia is Villa La Magia, which dates back to the 12th century. It is one of the 12 residences of the Medici family in Tuscany. Today, the Villa is open to the public and hosts exhibitions and artistic events. The building has an Italian-style garden, a fountain, a lemon grove and a romantic park filled with cyprus and laurel trees.
