The Headquarters of the Cavour Foundation can be found inside the Complesso Cavouriano of Santena (TO) which it oversees. The Complex comprises various buildings and lands.
The Tomb of Count Cavour, a national monument, gathers the families of Benso di Cavour, Clermont Tonnerre, Sellon, Sales and Visconti Venosta.
Elegant Cavour Castle was built between 1712 and 1720, designed by the architect Francesco Gallo from Piedmont, and restructured in the second half of the 19th century. The Castle houses significant artefacts and furnishings and is intended to preserve the legacy of the Cavour and Visconti Venosta families.
Adjacent to the castle, the Palazzo delle Scuderie is a complex of large buildings housing the Cavour and Visconti Venosta Library, the historical archive and rooms for exhibition display.
Completing the complex are a tower built in medieval style, known as the Castellazzo, and Parco Cavour, 23 hectares redesigned in the 1800s by architect Xavier Kurten and transformed into an English style park.
