Located close to Abano and Padua, at the edge of the Euganean Hills Regional Park and a stone's throw from Praglia Abbey, Villa Cavalli-Malandrin rises majestically in Bresseo di Teolo (Padua). The villa was built in the early 17th century by the Cavalli family and comprises a main residence flanked by two long, porticoed barchesse, which have two buildings attached perpendicularly at each end, giving the complex a horseshoe shape. The west wing is a guesthouse, adjacent to an oratory, built around 1740 by Jacopo Cavalli and still consecrated today.
The building spreads across two floors. A large five-sided window that opens onto a stone terrace on the piano nobilemarks the position of the central reception room. The upper part of the facade ends in a blind balustrade embellished with statues.
A wide lawn in front of the villa stretches south to the road.
