Lake Toblino, a small alpine lake on the valley floor in Madruzzo (Trento), is surrounded by a thick bank of reeds and varied vegetation. The lake and surrounding area have been inscribed as a “biotope of botanical and ethological interest” and are protected by the Provincia autonoma di Trento.
Situated at an altitude of 245m, it occupies an end of the valley dei Laghi. A small islet in the lake is the location for 12th century Castle Toblino.
