Built in 1875, Villa Maria is located in piazza della Costituzione in Quiliano (SV).
It was bought by the Town Council in the 1970s and acted as the Town Hall for a long time. Today it is used for functions, hosting exhibitions, conferences, concerts, cultural shows and ceremonies on the first floor. A spiral marble staircase leads to the upper floor of the villa where a wide landing opens onto a central drawing room, which leads, in turn, to the bedrooms.
The villa is surrounded by an English garden with magnolias, camellias, roses, palm trees and an imposing cedar of Lebanon.
