Italy is represented here by Venice. The city is shown at night during Carnival, and gives the player experiences that are just as characteristic, like a ride in a gondola. People in masks and fireworks are combined with a high level of detail in the streets, canals and buildings with the smallest of features included in the graphics. One interesting element is the Scuola Grande in which Sylvie finds herself: for both the interiors and exteriors, the developers could have been inspired by the real Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista. Also featured are works by Tintoretto and other masters of Venetian art, as well as a number of other works on canvas.

Graphic adventure
The sequel to Chronicles of Mystery: The Scorpio Ritual. In this instalment, archaeologist Sylvie Leroux finds herself grappling with the famous legend of the Fountain of Youth. After scoping out a museum in Brittany, she comes across the notes of a deceased old academic, which hide an even bigger and more elaborate mystery. Sylvie explores a number of locations, from Cairo to Venice and the island of Bimini. A third-person point-and-click adventure in the classic style with an intuitive interface. Particularly interesting are the cutscenes and the puzzles, which have been highly praised by critics.
