Peter Parker’s class trip starts in Venice. Their travels embrace the iconic places of the lagoon city, the canals (and de rigeur gondola excursion), piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. It’s here that the first threat is revealed, an enormous water monster that a mysterious being, later referred to as Mysterio, manages to defeat with the assistance of Peter’s spidey powers. A change of schedule takes the whole class to Prague where the monster is due to reappear (instead of Paris), while the epilogue with the final battle and the enemy’s inevitable defeat (if that is really certain..) takes place in London.
