Where it was filmed 'Blood and Treasure'

Danny McNamara and Lexi Vaziri’s treasure hunt took the crew from Montreal in Canada to Morocco and then to Italy. Following a terrorist who has stolen artefacts of inestimable worth, the two researchers go to Valle d’Aosta, to the 19th century Castel Savoia in Gressoney-Saint-Jean, a manor built in the medieval style. They also stop at Saluzzo Station (CN) in Piedmont, where historical trains were shot on the tracks by night.

The main background to the investigation and chase is Rome which is presented to the characters and public through a tour of its most iconic places: Danny and Lexi walk through the streets of the historical centre to the Fontana di Trevi, packed with tourists, they cross Via della Conciliazione with Piazza San Pietro behind them, stop outside the Colosseum and the Piramide Cestia and continue their search along the pathways of the Parco Archeologico dei Fori Imperiali and the Via Appia, reaching Villa Quintili.
